OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Develop sales strategies and drive business. Identify new opportunities and develop new business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Participate in the strategic meetings with client and Management in the development of business plans by brand.
  • Manage Associates/Assistants in building brand expertise to effectively support business strategies.
  • Communicate Brand Strategies to clients.
  • Monitor sales and shipment/sales performance by client, call out opportunities and drive the business.
  • Research and development of new business opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of brand relationship with clients, including sales, marketing and customer service.
  • Customer Service.
  • Provide support to clients during Buy Meeting week, including recommended buys, merchandising and story boards.
  • Partner with clients to merchandise each buy and ensure brand presentation standards are upheld.
  • Analyze headquarter buys and performance to call out opportunities to client.
  • FOB Brand expert.
  • Manage the Associate and/or Assistant.
  • Follow specific business process and T&A for FedBrands.
  • Travel as needed.
DETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Account Management
  • Preparation of all NBD Buy Meeting materials.
  • Sales Presentation of Brands to client. Work buys with clients during the Buy Meeting.
  • Attend HDQ Buy Meetings and Best Sellers Meetings - develop as the Brand expert for NBD.
  • Analyze HDQ buys/trends and make recommendations to drive client's sales.
  • Order management, including placement and follow up on all details of client orders (PO's, Retails)
  • Update Monthly Shipment and Sales Reports for NBD.
  • Manage special development requests for a client.
  • Delivery and change management.
SKILLS SUMMARY:
  • Bachelor degree in related area.
  • 5 years related business experience, supervisory experiences a plus (Home experience is preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to travel within the US and Overseas.
  • Knowledge of assigned region culture, traditions and business practices important.
