We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a confident, proactive and personable Administration Assistant who will be the first point of contact with our clients. You will be an integral part of our fantastic, hard working team.

Your main responsibilities in this role include:
? Reception duties, including screening and diverting incoming telephone calls
? Meeting and greeting visitors
? Providing day-to-day general office administration
? Providing basic EA support, including diary management and travel bookings
? Coordinating internal and external meetings
? Internal event co-ordination
? Supporting client-based projects
? Maintaining office supplies
? Maintaining office presentation

Requirements:

A blend of talents and skills is required of successful candidates, including:
? High school certificate (equivalent) or higher
? Minimum of one years experience in a similar role
? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite ? Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
? Experience operating various equipment ? photocopiers, fax machines, printers, scanners, CD burners
? Intermediate typing skills (approximately 45wpm)
? Strong organizational skills
? Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
? Must possess a professional telephone manner
? Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
? Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
? Demonstrated team player
? Must possess a warm, friendly and professional demeanour
