We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a confident, proactive and personable Administration Assistant who will be the first point of contact with our clients. Your main responsibilities in this role include: ? Reception duties, including screening and diverting incoming telephone calls ? Meeting and greeting visitors ? Providing day-to-day general office administration ? Providing basic EA support, including diary management and travel bookings ? Coordinating internal and external meetings ? Internal event co-ordination ? Supporting client-based projects ? Maintaining office supplies ? Maintaining office presentation

Requirements:
A blend of talents and skills is required of successful candidates, including: ? High school certificate (equivalent) or higher ? Minimum of one years experience in a similar role ? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite ? Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook ? Experience operating various equipment ? photocopiers, fax machines, printers, scanners, CD burners ? Intermediate typing skills (approximately 45wpm) ? Strong organizational skills ? Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills ? Must possess a professional telephone manner ? Demonstrated ability to work under pressure ? Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative ? Demonstrated team player ? Must possess a warm, friendly and professional demeanour
