Administrative Assistant
Launch International is a boutique world-class marketing consultancy that supports the biggest technology companies on the planet.
This position is located in our Doylestown, PA headquarters.
The administrative assistant position is one of the most important in our company, as it shares responsibility for both the CEO/CFO and requires someone as passionate about success as we are.
In this role, you will manage and optimize the corporate administrative infrastructure for two corporate entities (85% of time spent for one, and 15% for the other.) Most processes are documented, although we look for people who bring fresh ideas for improvement.
This is a front office position with visibility across and beyond our organization to our clients, vendors and partners. In short, you are the "go-to" person for all things administrative.
Accountabilities:
- Manage administrative infrastructure, including supplies, call routing, meeting planning and more
- Handle all deposits and checks, A/P and A/R calls and relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Act as point of contact for technology and phone support for employees
- Monitor supply levels
- Provide traditional receptionist responsibilities (we receive very few guests)
- Act as primary interface for HR activities such as new-hire sign up
- Act as interface to property tenants (2nd company)
This position is located in Doylestown, PA and applicants must live in or very near Doylestown, PA.

Skills:
- Proficient in MSFT office suite
- Technically savvy enough to coordinate support calls/needs for phones/technology
- Quickbooks experience preferred, accounting experience helpful
- Great problem solver
- Organized and meticulous, able to multi-task while remaining positive
- Self-motivated, a business "champion"
- Able to present positive image via phone and in person, proven successful performance in customer-facing roles
- Be articulate and able to clearly deliver information
- Be able to manage time and other available resources
