Degree Type/Area: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Three years or more of related experience in a related position required.
Specific Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of clerical/secretarial, and operational support activities.
Effectively uses word-processing, database, and spreadsheet software application programs in the course of assigned duties. Proficient in Excel including creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, reports and other data.
Front Desk Reception, answering telephones, receiving and interface with all levels of staff and the general public, providing information and assistance whenever possible.
Prepare accounts payable transactions, code check requests, coordinate payroll processing, code credit card transactions and prepare receipt back up for file and other financial tasks.
Assist Human Resources with clerical administration.
Order materials, supplies and equipment upon approval; maintain records of purchase orders; invoice and expenses to date, and inventory and log orders the same as they arrive.
May receive and process information of a confidential nature; ensure such information is maintained in strict confidentiality.
