Monday Properties is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in New York to support two senior executives and serve as additional resource to office services. The role will require close interaction with senior management and collaboration with all departments within the Company. This is an excellent entry position for a high energy candidate to join a real estate operating company. The successful candidate will work closely with all areas of the company including leasing, management, finance, accounting, construction and outside investors.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide overall administrative support such as:
Maintain executive’s calendar(s) via Outlook, which includes coordinating, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports as necessary.
Track workflow and distribution of legal documents and key correspondence.
Prepare and edit contracts and correspondence.
Scan, code and follow up on all invoices in Nexus accounts payable system to ensure timely payment to vendors.
Scan and route documents to Central Filing System and upload into RDM documents software
Handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Create and edit visual presentations using PowerPoint.
Perform other customary administrative duties, which includes serving as backup for receptionist coverage.

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Two years of office experience required. Commercial real estate knowledge a plus.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Work requires continual attention to detail in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Work requires an excellent command of the English language in communication and writing skills.
Must have proficiency in software applications such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
