| POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for the main reception area of the office and providing administrative support to the Finance team. The position will include answering and directing calls as well as performing various administrative and clerical duties such as: handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, assisting with research, filing, photocopying and routine correspondence. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES ?X Act as the main point of contact for all guests ?X Be familiar with Carleton University Dining Services and other departments on campus ?X Main reception duties, photocopying, faxing, mailing, creating labels, file maintenance and etc. ?X Answer inquiries from customers, students, and assist with questions at the front desk ?X Orders and maintains an inventory of office supplies ?X Organizes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports for those traveling ?X Work closely with external contacts for other accounts ?X Assists the Finance team with any special projects ?X May be required to participate in event planning ?X Assisting in preparing presentations, posters, and other documents may required ?X Strong administrative, customer service and organizational skills ?X Professionalism and excellent communication skills ?X Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail ?X Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment ?X Ability to multi task and time manage ?X Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer ?X Willingness to learn and upgrade skills as needed ?X Ability to manage priorities and meet deadline under minimum supervision If you would like to apply to this position, please e-mail your resume to
