To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Suwanee, GA office.
This is an entry level position with pay ranging from $10-12/hr. The job is responsible for performing administrative and office support activities, in addition to:
· Provides daily phone support in order to ensure proper phone coverage. (All receptionist duties as assigned)
· Executes collection procedures for unpaid invoices and maintains information for all insufficient funds received.
· Receives, distributes, prepares and routes incoming, mail, e-mails and faxes.
· Creates Bill of Ladings using various shipping vendors.
· Submits tracks and investigates shipping claims with retailers and vendors.
· Creates POs into the accounting system and tracks the transaction and maintains departmental database and produces and updates internal reports
· Organizes and maintains file system, and other correspondence and records.
· Completes credit and debit activities on retailer’s accounts
· Prepares bank deposits on a daily basis while using the segregation of duties and audit guidelines.
· Responsible for obtaining bank and internal information for company check acceptances.

High School diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience and/or training. One year of related experience and/or training.
