Major Entertainment Group seeks a qualified candidate for an Administrative Assistant position to support an Executive Director and Director, Current Programming. Must perform a variety of administrative duties including word processing, handling phone calls, travel arrangements, preparing simple documents (including letters) and coordinating a busy calendar. Additional responsibilities: manage invoices and payments for a variety of projects, prepare and submit expense reports, update and maintain a variety of status reports and charts, and maintain filing (create and maintain files). In addition to phones, scheduling, expenses, and other standard duties, the person in this position will be expected to read scripts, update departmental documents on a daily basis, and provide back up support for the department coordinator and other executives. Responsibilities -Maintain calendar, phones and travel arrangements -Submit expense reports and purchasing requests for supplies -Organize files, contracts and legal documentation -Prepare presentations for internal/external meetings -Handle client contact list and correspondence with clients
