Executive Assistant ( Available Immediately ) Job Overview: Our Growing Company needs to urgently employ the services of a Part-time Executive Assistant. The position is also responsible for supervising all other administrative and clerical staff as well as overseeing the smooth operation of all administrative activities. The Assistant will report directly to CEO This person will act as a right arm and liaison with internal executives and external business associates. Skill & Qualifications - Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Exhibits increased proficiency in duties and expanded knowledge and application of software packages - Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling) - Ability to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments - Effective interpersonal skills - Superior oral and written communication skills - Excellent telephone etiquette - Advanced ability to organize - Tactics and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management Additionally skills that would help but are not required: - Speak a second language (pref.
