Administrative Clerk
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills for our Administrative Clerk position. Ideal candidates should also have technical and analytical skills to create and modify purchase requisitions, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports, as well as solving problems. The position requires a team player who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines, as well as assist other team members and admin clerks to accomplish organizational goals with excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Office Support - including supply orders, mail distribution, meeting set up, employee expenses, credit card reports, printer/copier/scanner/fax maintenance coordination, desktop publishing, data entry, records support, vehicle desk back up, director/manager office administrative back up, and other special projects as assigned. Follow all safety and work practices and requirements.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Must pass the written pre-employment Clerical Test Battery (CTB) exam.
5 years experience as an administrative clerk, secretary or admin assistant role.
Ability to deal with others and work in a team.
Ability to use judgment and reasoning in carrying out job duties.
Ability to make decisions and take direction from others.
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Customer Service Focused.
Detail oriented.
SRM and SAP. Concur.
