Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for participation in the project (for hire for position), the applicant’s total family income must be at or less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a child or dependent under the age of 18.

Job Description: Candidate performs advanced and highly complex administrative work which involves the coordination and/or the performance of specialized staff responsibilities. Candidate coordinates or supervises a highly specialized program or administrative project within the unit of assignment. Candidate creates and maintains specialized data, records and reports relating to the program assigned. Candidate maintains statistical data and generates complex computerized reports of the operations and services. Candidate reviews, reconciles and processes logs, documentation, data, reports and proposals relating to the program or assignment. Candidate assists the public and staff by providing information concerning the project or services of the program assigned. Candidate attends meetings, seminars and conferences to explain or receive information relative to the work assignment. Candidate represents the administrative supervisor at meetings and in discussions with students, faculty and staff. Candidate assists the supervisor in planning, research and maintenance of the program. Candidate may supervise the work of clerical staff and student assistants. Candidate schedules events, meetings, projects, interviews, tests and programs. Candidate maintains budget records, payroll information, purchase orders, student grade and attendance records and related information. Candidate processes and analyzes accounting and fiscal records and reports. Candidate is responsible for assuring that the unit to which assigned is operating within the rules and regulations and applicable laws. Candidate performs advanced staff assistant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
