Assistant Clinic Administrator
Assistant Clinic Administrators are the liaison between the clinic owner and the clinic staff; responsible for overall clinic performance including operations and standards of client and employee care. Assistant Clinic Administrator for busy membership massage clinic needed to manage daily operations.
Principle Duties:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic
Set goals to achieve weekly, monthly, yearly objectives
Assist Operations Director in setting all membership and retail sales goals.
Responsible for achieving all membership and retail sales goals.
Achieve 35% or higher in clinic membership closing.
Ensure each guest/member has a great customer experience.
Handle any customer/guest complaints, concerns, or issues within 48 hours.
Manage sales associates and massage therapy staff.
Train, monitor and coach performance of sales associates.
Document, and deliver employee performance reviews on a yearly basis.
Create and maintain staff and therapist work schedules.
Manage and document employee time-off and schedule changes according to company policy and business need.
Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships.
Maintain a professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and members/guests.
Assist with payroll adjustments.
Schedule meetings with entire staff on a monthly basis.
Communicate with staff members on a daily basis.
Inventory and order supplies as needed.
Coordinate with franchise owner regarding marketing efforts for new prospects.
Review reports daily, weekly, and monthly - assess and communicate progress.
Participate in the OSR evaluation, retail eyes, and online booking process.

Close 35% or greater in membership sales
