Associate Night Manager
-Overseeing 3-5 one-hour performances each night in two theater spaces, including the supervision of artists, technicians, patrons, theater staff, and facilities. -Being responsible for prompt start and end times for each performance. -Helping supervise and train theater intern staff. -Helping oversee box office and all nightly ticket sales. -Being responsible for keeping the building clean, fully stocked, and presentable. -Upholding all safety, fire, and building regulations and codes. -Ensuring smooth transitions between shows. -Troubleshooting and solving problems in relation to customer service, technical equipment, ticketing, vendors, patrons, and staff. -Facilitating and supervising any special events in the theaters.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent people and customer service skills.
Candidate should be a multi-tasker, efficient problem solver, and a strong leader.
This is a management position.
In addition, the candidate should be well organized with strong computer skills (Mac proficient).
