Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Agent
Our client, the leading provider of state approved traffic school & defensive driving online courses, is seeking experienced customer service representatives for their call center in Southwest Houston. The Service Agent would receive inquiries via inbound calls concerning requests for service, cost information, software requirements, and other general information concerning the service provided. Calls are monitored for quality assurance. May also require outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide first class service. Candidates need to be very detail oriented, consistent, accurate, conscientious and trustworthy.
Requirements:
1-3 years of Call-Center Customer Service Experience
All candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Education: High School Diploma
Location: Southwest Houston
Pay Rate: $11.00 hourly
Hours: 40-45 hours per week (Varying shift between 7am and 10pm)
