Business Manager/Bookkeeper
We are a premier provider of ICF/MR Community-based services in the San Antonio area. We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as Business Manager.
Essential Duties:
Reviewing Applied Income for services
Payroll process - verify timesheets, monitor paid-time off and reconcile hours to budget
Accounts Receivable - Medicaid collections
Supervise and ensure accuracy of Daily census input, including client movements
Trust Fund Management - ensure corporate policies and procedures are implemented, monitor income and expenses, complete Medicaid and social security paperwork
Supervise and ensure accuracy of operations - vehicle logs, tracking reports, vehicle maintenance
Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping/business management experience in the human services field which include payroll and billing
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Proficient using computer and Microsoft office products
Experience with MAS200, Threshold, and the TMHP website is preferred
