Administrative Coordinator - Program Support
Territory (if applicable): Corporate Business Unit: Corporate encompasses the core operational support for all Land O'Lakes businesses. It includes Business Development Services, Corporate Market Strategy and Communications, Finance, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology and Public Affairs. Position Purpose: Find yourself in a newly created administrative support position that works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Make your mark providing operational support for a newly launched Sales Development Training program. Coordinate class scheduling, site logistics and registration processing. Work with the Sales Development Program Coordinator in supporting training program roll-out on a nationwide basis. Administer sales culture and sales skills assessment process using web-based tools, create summary reports and program statistics using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
Provide administrative support to Director of Talent Management through schedule coordination, travel planning and logistics. Support financial, budgeting and expense reporting. Required (Basic) Experience & Education: A minimum of 3-5 years relevant administrative work experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and use of databases along with demonstrated customer service skills. Required Competencies & Other Skills: Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver results in a timely manner. Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated ability to communicate in a thorough and timely manner. Demonstrated proficiency in networking with managers. Must demonstrate strong work ethics and possess a high level of integrity. Need to be able to work independently but also be a team player when need arises. Preferred Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree or pursuit of degree strongly desired. Work experience in Ag Industry preferred. Prior experience managing multiple projects at one time and prior Training & Development Experience a plus.
