Position Summary:
The Role:
To support the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) sales organization in providing systems and processes which add value by increasing sale productivity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operational support to internal EMEA Channel Sales team
- Operational support to EMEA partners
- Administration and development of internal processes. Reducing time and effort and increasing efficiencies.
- Working cross-function (Order Mgmt, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Corporate) to ensure smooth processes and administration.
- Key member of EMEA Operations support team, including helpdesk responsibilities.
- Front end deal support, ensuring clean order processing.
- Business Partner to Sales with regards to Red Hat systems and processes, including opportunity management, forecasting, pricing, order entry, deal support.
- Ad hoc project responsibilities.
- Training of partners on Red Hat processes
- Business Analysis and Intelligence on focused areas.
- Provide above support with key focus on non-standard channel RTMs. i.e OEMs, System Integrators, ISVs, and Hosted Partners
- Business Partner to the associated Sales teams.
- Streamline current sales-order cycles and enhance Internal processes.
- Management of Operational processes for royalty measurement and reporting
- Propose and develop solutions to better align non-standard channel into Red Hat processes.
