Client Services Specialist
-Work in partnership with Client Services, Ad Ops, Finance & Sales Development teams for each site to review and approve IO's for campaign launch (50% -75% of daily time spent) -Work directly with TII Finance to ensure proper billing and campaign management occurs with each client working resolve campaign billing questions -Assist with the review/management of Data entered into our contract management system -Assist/lead site training & support on Solbright (our internal contract management system) -Work closely with TII Ad Operations and Sales on requests for revisions to Internal IO's due to campaign optimization -Reporting needs and 3rd party vendor reporting requests and reconciliation. -Oversees monthly delivery report consolidation for finance including issues/discrepancy, escalation and resolution -TII department workflow, process creation/documentation and support related to: weekly department discussions, monitoring vendor IOs and Invoices, department top level -workload' tracking, Remnant Revenue dollars, best practices and other workflow needs as requested -Spearhead and/or Support ongoing Department initiatives and projects
