MENTOR Maryland is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to therapists or behavioral health services staff, including overseeing the therapy or behavioral health services provided to clients, development and implementation of service plans and ensuring the quality of the services provided to individual clients. Clinical Supervisors regulatory review documentation to ensure compliance and proactively address any client issues with respect to therapeutic or behavioral health services. The Clinical Supervisor also oversees staff as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:

• Masters degree in social work and licensed LCSW-C required
• Four or more years of related experience with at least two years of experience in clinical supervision
