CONTACT CENTER MSR I or II - Part-Time (20 Hours per week)
*Saturday hours 9:00 - 5:00pm or as scheduled one or more Saturday's per month.
Role:
To assist members and potential members with telephone inquiries; by explaining products and services, responding to problems, directing phone calls to the appropriate area, and consistently demonstrating CML Sales and Service culture skills on a daily basis.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
80% Receive incoming phone calls, answers account, product, service and loan questions, calculates payments, and takes loan applications on the phone from members and potential members. Processes loan papers, mails to members or directs to loan officers for disbursement.
15% Maintains member account information on the computer system. Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared. Makes lending recommendations for loan acceptions within credit union policies and guidelines. Identifies cross sell opportunities and cross sells services to members.
5% Assists other departments as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience: Two years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or can be of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
