Corporate Account Representative
Build new relationships and cultivate existing relationships with corporate clients via phone, email and on occasion via events and one-to-one meetings.
Maintain flexibility to cold call as well as communicate with long term business relationships and maintain ownership of a portfolio of accounts, providing superior customer service.
Correlate individual efforts to client portfolio activity to ensure goals are met and clients are performing to the highest standards.
Report results and trends to management.
Meet daily, monthly and quarterly goals.
Maintain database of clients and ensure its accuracy.
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years sales experience (preferably B2B)
Exceptional phone and sales skills
Client orientation and professionalism
Detail orientation and accuracy
Excellent time management skills
Computer proficiency (experience with databases and LivePerson/LiveChat a strong plus)
Ability to type 35-40 wpm
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Self starter - be able to take initiative without much direction as well as a team player
