Job Description:
The Corporate Account Support Specialist position is responsible for the day to day support of corporate account requests acting as the liaison between the Corporate Account Managers, corporate customer headquarters and field operations. This position maintains alignment, standard and customized service protocols, and communicates requirements for all corporate customer requests requiring follow up and closure for each service event to ensure service requirements are met.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm shift
Main Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer calls regarding corporate accounts
* Research customer information (i.e. payments, PO's, service issues, pricing, etc)
* Acquiring PO numbers and monitoring government PO's
* Processing contract changes; completion of customer information forms
* Ensure pricing accuracy
* Understanding of the scope of service commitments and unique customer service offerings
Basic Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent GED
* 2 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associates Degree in business, communications, or IT
* Experience with databases & report creation; i.e. MS Access, SQL, and Crystal Reports
* Proficient in the use of PC software to analyze data
* Organizational skills with the ability to plan, implement and communicate effectively
* Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
