Reporting to the Business Services Executive you will be responsible for working the Front Desk as a Receptionist and Guest Services Coordinator. Day to day duties will include; answer the phones of a busy switchboard; meeting and greeting guests and clients; booking and coordinating board rooms and meeting rooms; setting up for board meetings and conferences with such things as Audio/Visual equipment, catering, meeting agenda and packages; Ad hoc administrative duties that may arise such as filing, faxing and photocopying; receiving and arranging for couriers; some minor invoicing as required.
