Will identify and implement strategies and projects relating to the outbound dialing and campaign management.Must possess necessary skills to effectively troubleshoot and be able to make recommendations for process improvements.Must be able to learn, interpret, and apply compliance regulations. Must be able to make decisions independently of manager when required.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills in order to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
Provide necessary training, support and feedback to call center staff.
Advise management about standard operating requirements needed to comply with calling rules and regulations.
Performs analysis of center performance as requested by management.
Able to work independently to identify process improvement in campaign or call center performance.
Create, manage, and update standard operating procedures for functions of the department.
Able to recommend best course of action by choosing among several alternatives for enhancements to operational policies, procedures, and systems.
Possesses the skills to use MS Office including Excel spreadsheets.Knowledge of MS Access a plus.
Associates Degree; or 1 year related experience and/or training; and 3 years of customer service experience which entails a minimum of 2 year business operations
