Position Summary: The Role:
The regional Customer Data Specialist will serve as the local point of contact for matters relating to customer data and associated systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the maintenance and integrity of customer data in all systems (through documented maintenance processes) regarding the creation and updates of customer records. - Provide input regarding cleansing and consolidation of customer data. - Monitor data input processes for accuracy and potential customer data corruption; develop and recommend corrective actions for these issues. - Perform customer reporting for the region. - Assist with documentation of local practices regarding customer data. - Communicate any issues and suggestions to the Customer Data Manager (located in the US). - Identify and evaluate potential vendors for applicability of Data Cleansing/Consolidation solutions and make recommendations to Management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Accurately follow and maintain business process documentation. - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. - Interact with internal and external customers achieving service levels as defined. - Work with little instruction on day-to-day work, and achieve results when presented with only general instructions on new assignments. - Ability to obtain and maintain an intermediate-level of functional knowledge on the required business systems and tools.
