We are offering relocation for this position. This individual will be responsible for the following: Uses sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products and product lines, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Identifies, develops and evaluates marketing strategy based on facility objectives, market characteristics and cost/markup factors. Evaluates the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. May acts as spokesperson for specific programs in assigned market sectors as necessary. Directs the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversees their daily activities. Consults with product development personnel on product specifications. Devises customer relationship and account management strategies in consultation with senior management, business development officers and sales personnel. Directs the creation and management of appropriate sales channels. Proposal creation for clients. In order to apply to this position you must possess the following: Bachelors Degree is required Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience writing, planning, and managing bids and proposals for U.S. Must have at least 8 years of experience with DOD programs Must have 5 years of experience in proposal writing Sales experience is a huge plus!
