Executive Administrator
Will be responsible for the Operational activities of the franchise offices, reporting directly to the Owner.
Tracks, monitors and communicates to owner key performance indicators necessary to ensure an adequate supply of applicants, employees and candidates to meet the deadline of client companies.
Tracks, monitors and communicates to owners all budgets and expense control, ensuring budgeted profit level.
Tracks, monitors and communicates to owner all compliance issues with all company policies and procedures.
Senior Executive Administrator for owner’s schedule.
Administrative preparation of all scheduled meetings and agendas. Assisting with administrative duties for payroll, WC, unemployment, associate legal paperwork.
Manages company calendar and communicates action needed.
Track attendance of all staff daily and track staff PTO days.
Develops and implements recruiting strategies and programs along with staffing consultants to attract a continuous flow of applicants. Monitors and highlights concerns on key operational activities of franchise offices.
Tracks and monitors training programs with staff.
Ensures a professional office appearance and the safety of all employees, applicants and visitors.
Spot check and report to owners on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws governing the workplace and employment process.
Social Media coordination and maintenance of Facebook, Linked-on, YouTube, Twitter and Franchise Website.
Coordination of PR and new releases to local publications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and QuickBooks.
