Well, then, come meet us! Wildfire is looking for a bright, organized, energetic and dependable person to join our team and help us to accomplish awesome goals and growth alike. This role is a split between a traditional Executive Assistant and Office Manager position. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our CEO - helping her with her communications, scheduling and travel arrangements. You will also be available to support other key executives at Wildfire with their scheduling, travel and other important tasks. You'll also be responsible for managing our office - everything from ordering supplies and snacks for the team, dealing with vendors and helping to create an awesome office environment. Wildfire has one of the most fun teams in the Bay (we were recently named in the top 10 best places to work in the Bay Area) so if you're excited to make a significant impact on the people you support as well as the entire Wildfire team, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities: • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment) • Keep HQ office orderly and running • Coordinate duties for multiple satellite offices • Help to coordinate expenses for office • Budget and monitor office supplies and shipping • Assist with Employee Onboarding
Requirements: • BA or BS degree with a strong academic background preferred • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters • Excellent organizational skills, timely and accurate submission of all correspondence • Enthusiastic and energetic • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; enjoys challenges • Highly organized, with good time management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Developed interpersonal / communication skills with a high degree of professionalism • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
