Company in the Miramar area searching for a seasoned Executive Assistant who will be responsible for heavy calendar management, conference calls, coordinating travel plans, arranging all necessary logistics and assisting the CEO with various other tasks. The qualified Executive Assistant will manage email campaigns through our CRM system - and must be internet savvy in order to complete research projects.  This position demands strong organizational skills and problem-solving expertise, while working within tight deadlines. It is a must that the EA be able to multi-task, and have a "whatever it takes" attitude. You must be flexible to meet the needs of the CEO.



Requirements:

 • Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant


• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Good command of English language and spelling / bilingual a plus

• Internet savvy

• Good time management – ability to meet deadlines

• Motivated & self-starter with ability to work with little or no supervision

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills

• Professional demeanor

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple competing activities and tasks

• Must possess a positive and friendly attitude


• Strong organizational skills

• Experience in general office responsibilities and procedures


• Excellent work ethic

• Thick skinned

• Dedicated

• Excellent administrative and relational skills

• Great attention to detail, must be highly resourceful

• Attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities
