Essential Responsibilities * Responsible for all correspondence originating to and from the department
* Maintain schedules/calendars and arrange travel
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls and special events
* Address incoming inquiries and correspondence, prioritizing, redirecting and responding appropriately
* Drafting of general correspondence, memorandums, and other legal documentation, formatting contracts and preparing presentation materials
* Processing invoices using the SSS payment system and manage computerized system of tracking the invoices
* Organization and management of all files using internal filing and billing system
* Prepare expense reports
* Maintain a diary/bring forward system and follow-up on outstanding matters
* General Administrative duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining the photocopier machine and monitoring incoming calls Qualifications/Requirements * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Computer Literate, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Excellent word processing and e-mail skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong problem solving skills
* Resourceful, energetic and self-confident in dealings with others
* Strong initiative, positive attitude and work ethic
