Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Connection Benefit Group, Inc. is looking to hire an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide support to the President/CEO and EVP/CFO. The position will be salaried. Health insurance is also available.
Requirements:
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager’s job duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Assistance with all levels of client support including product sales, new customer registration and customer service
Assistance with management of vendor relations
Maintenance and submission of customer database
Maintenance of the company’s HR filing system
Handling of incoming phone calls, faxes, etc.
Additional duties and responsibilities might include:
Assistance with budget maintenance, expense reports, and payment processing
Assistance with development of customer presentations
Required skills:
Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Written and verbal presentation skills
Required traits:
Motivated, service oriented individual with the ability to handle a flexible and evolving set of responsibilities.
