Executive Secretary
Aerotek Professional Services is currently seeking an Administrative/Executive Assistant with roughly four years of experience in any industry. Please see the job description Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to a team of Account Managers (salespeople) 60% of the job will be setting up international and domestic travel for the Account Managers 20% will be coordinating the books with the travel (this will include getting itinerary, presentations, car rental, hotel, all specifically spelled out for each trip) so there are no errors or misunderstandings 10% will be expense reports and related processing 10% ad hoc reporting and administrative support projects in the officeQualifications Must have 4 solid years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry (will consider other industries if they have all of the other requirements for this position) Must have domestic and international travel experience, including understanding foreign currencies Must have intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills Must have comfort level AND competency to work in an extremely high pressure environment Must have experience supporting more than one individual (team) at a time and comfort level to do so Must have a team attitude and ability to work autonomously at the same timeDetails Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, occasional OT required so must be flexible if necessary
