Superior Staff Resources has a long term contract Equipment Administrator position in North Houston. Salary $11-13/hr Receive and order equipment for clients customers. Monitor account emails for equipment orders. Validate that the contracts are accurate. Build worksheets and data entry of order into company software. Process, monitor and escalate issues on equipment orders Maintain and distribute order status log / enter amendments into software system Notify sales division of pending delivery and training.
Produce sales and customer collateral for systems. Ensure timely and accurate upload of equipment to company software. Provide account specific custom reports timely and accurately Assist team members with Account Management Utilize specified company program for all external customer issues Representative on conference calls / customer meetings Talent and Resources, Aligned. . EOE M/F/D/V
Requirements:
Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in the following areas: MS Excel. PC Monitor account emails for equipment orders. Validate that the contracts are accurate. Build worksheets and data entry of order into company software Ensure timely and accurate upload of equipment to company software. Interface on the phone and via email with customers, both internal and external customers High School Diploma
Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Prior equipment ordering and customer account relations experience preferred Experience with MS Access Strong customer relation, verbal and written communications abilities. Good Organizational skills Demonstrate people skills, conflict resolution and communications skills
