Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

FinFit, formerly WorkersChoice USA and EMG work together to provide a full circle approach to Financial Fitness!

We are currently seeking a polished professional with at least 3 years experience in a fast paced administrative role.  Must be a true professional who will set the bar for what is expected not just reach the goal!




You must be a team player and be willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done. We do not take much stock in titles, and everyone is expected to work together to get all tasks accomplished!  



You must have the following character traits to be considered: 



  • Professional appearance and demeanor is key
  • Dedicated and committed to going above and beyond the job requirements each and every day. If you are looking to "skate by" with the bare minimum, you will not succeed here.
  • You must be punctual with a near perfect attendance record.
  • You must be able to maintain the utmost in confidentiality in every situation - if you are not comfortable with a level of confidentiality a kin to "security level clearance" please do not apply.
  • You must have unquestionable ethics and integrity.
  • Perfection is not expected, but should always be the goal - mistakes happen, but when they do, we expect you to own it, correct it, and learn from it.
  • Must be able to converse and interact with executives and non-executives equally as part of a team working towards a common goal.
  • Must be able to prioritize competing agendas and tasks to achieve the best results possible, this includes respectfully managing of expectations upwards if necessary.
  • Must work extremely well under pressure
  • Must handle yourself with the utmost of professionalism at all times including all company sponsored events both on and off site.



 


Requirements:

We strongly believe in our customers require all of our staff to have great communication skills and an ability to exceed customer’s needs. 



In addition, you must be able to perform the following tasks daily:





  • Supports our staff in all aspects of administrative work. This includes managers, non-managers, and C-level executives.
  • Responsible for various ongoing projects as well as intermittent short term projects. 
  • Composes and prepares various correspondences, reports and other complex documents with efficiency and accuracy. These reports will include a large volume of numbers and financial information.
  • Prepares agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings. Turn around time on these items must be extremely fast.
  • Responds to routine external and corporate correspondence, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other department forms and documents.
  • Assist with customer service duties for our various loan products.
  • Orders supplies and maintains adequate office supply inventory on hand at all times.
  • Prepares expense reports.
  • Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities, vendors, speakers, and other critical items within budget for the event.
  • Performs daily administrative functions such as copying, faxing, and filing.
  • Screens incoming calls and greets visitors with a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
