Front Desk Receptionist

- Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls

- Sign-In all visitors, freelancers and temps through Visitor Management System

- Assign I.D. badges for office access and activate/deactivate employee badges

- Page employees when requested by callers and employees

- Provide daily security reports for review by Office Manager

- Review security officers' reports for immediate handling if necessary

- Oversee golf simulator use to ensure posted rules are being followed

- Secure golf simulator equipment each night at 5 PM and replace each morning at 8 AM

- Provide clerical assistance to other departments within the building as requsted

- Assist Office Manager when needed

- Provide assistance in Executive Office when needed

- Serve as back-up to other positions within the department as needed
