We are currently seeking an Information Security Senior Associate to join us in our Northwest Arkansas office focused on the retail industry.
Keeping proprietary information safe is critical in today's business world. As an Information Protection and Business Resilience professional, you'll assist clients in developing processes to protect information assets. We incorporate a full life-cycle approach, which includes assessment, architecture, implementation, and monitoring services to help clients protect information.
Responsibilities: - Lead Information Technology (IT) Protection projects involving strategy, implementation, support, and software/hardware optimization related to IT operations, business processes, business resiliency, security, and data integrity; review security profiles to assess how application security is being used as a part of the overall business process control environment - Facilitate business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges such as architecture, delegated administration models, workflow models, and access control models - Understand current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security compliance, and identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel - Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations, and participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development - Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients, develop national methodology content and procedural detail, and present firm-based approaches and messaging at internal training classes, external events, and client environments - Work across KPMG service lines to identify teaming opportunities and supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements
Qualifications: - Three years of experience in IT Security and CISA/CISM, CISSP, ACC, and/or other relevant security certifications; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university - Demonstrated track record of managing teams to deliver large, complex projects in one or more of the following domains: Information Governance/Privacy, Identity and Access Management, Unified IT Compliance, and/or Business Resiliency - Demonstrated knowledge base in operations, systems evaluation, and architecture - Strong analytical skills and the ability to write at a publication quality level to communicate findings and recommendations - Established track record of leadership, client management, and project management; accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements - Ability to travel up to ten percent of the time
