Job Description: Our client is one of Canada s leading law firms and their Edmonton office is currently seeking a litigation legal assistant to join their team. In this role, you will book court dates, manage and prepare files, draft and file documents, prepare correspondence and legal documents, conduct searches, and liaise with various legal staff. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties, including entering timesheets and coordinating billing cycles. As the ideal applicant for this role, you are the graduate of an accredited legal administrative assistant program and have 3 to 5 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant. You must have good PC skills and you must be able to interpret instructions and prepare documentation. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented and familiar with various litigation legal precedents and procedures.
