Overview:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Use Microsoft Office products -Word, Excel, PowerPoint- to build presentations, spreadsheets and reports (Ex: Create VP's PowerPoint presentations for quarterly strategy meetings.)
  • Maintain calendar, which includes scheduling meetings, responding to invitations, maintaining vacation calendars and working through scheduling roadblocks.
  • Print reports and distribute to VPs.
  • Set up conference calls utilizing Meeting Place program.
  • Take ownership of maintaining records, files and binders for each VP.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (mail, fax and e-mail)
  • Answer telephone; screen and direct phones calls.
  • Order and replenish supplies.
  • Maintain office equipment and oversee repairs (copies, printers, computers etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements and process travel expenses.
  • Special projects.
