Manager, Human Resources
- Advise management and employees in a variety of areas including talent needs, employee relations, coaching, training, compensation, performance management, and employee development.
- Conduct compensation analysis in partnership with Compensation Department using industry benchmark data and internal guidelines to manage costs and ensure organizational equity.
- Manage headcount approval process and coordinate promotions and salary adjustments within the organization. Collaborate with Finance and Legal regarding headcount issues, budget approvals, and matters relating to employment contracts, employee separations, and employee relations.
- Manage monthly and ad hoc reports and analysis in the areas of headcount, compensation, executive contract activity and organizational charts.
- Identify, recommend and coordinate individual and group training as needed. Partner with the Media Networks Learning and Development team to recommend methodology for individual and organizational development.
- Administer key compensation programs including annual merit and incentive programs. Act as liaison with the Media Networks compensation team on initiatives including internal and external salary surveys, job evaluations, benchmarking and salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with Media Networks & International Media Networks Human Resources colleagues to ensure the smooth and timely execution of domestic and international HR processes and initiatives.
- Manage and advise on international assignments and employee relocations.
- Partner with Employment attorney and external Immigration law firm to manage immigration process for client group.
