Manager-Tax Reporting
Our client, a global financial services company, seeks a Manager of Consolidated Tax Reporting to prepare, review and report the consolidated tax provisions for the organization. Responsibilities will also include preparing SEC reports 10Q and 10K footnote disclosures. In addition to the above, this individual will be responsible for reviewing FIN 48 positions as well as preparing and analyzing effective corporate tax rates. Great exposure to complex tax issues and room for professional growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience in either a Big 4 tax department or a blend of large public accounting and private industry (Fortune sized company strongly preferred).
Expertise with ASC 740 and exposure to FIN 48/FAS 109.
