Description: Part time position in an insurance office. 20 - 25 hours per week. Monday - Friday. Schedule is somewhat flexible. Able to operate basic office equipment. Good knowledge using internet. Knowledge using MS Word and Excel software. Must have good problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and with others. Must be able to handle confidential information. Will process claims, type correspondence, and provide phone reception. Must have excellent phone skills, be well organized, and be detail oriented. Position requires multi-task skills. Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and provide great customer service to customers. Will also perform light cleaning duties. At times will have to use stairs to put away supplies. Light lifting involved to put supplies away. Wage negotiable depending on experience.
