| Office Administrator Kerr Controls Limited is Atlantic Canada's leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration and Hearth equipment and supplies. Due to our continued success and growth, we have an immediate opening for the role of Office Administrator at our corporate head office in the Truro industrial park. The ideal candidate for this position will be personable, professional and confident handling reception, administrative and accounting duties. Reception duties include switchboard, ordering office supplies, greeting guests on their arrival, managing ingoing and outgoing mail and faxes as well as other administrative tasks. This role will also entail accounts payable functions and loan administration duties for Kerr's in-house financing company. Some education and/or prior experience in accounting and office administration is required. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and willing to help out wherever needed - we are looking for a team player who is eager to do their part in helping Kerr continue to grow.
