Office Clerk Needed - Hours 3:00pm-9:00 pm, Monday thru Friday

  Irregular-No Benefits - Typing Test is Required!



Job Summary: Performs any combination of clerical duties requiring limited

knowledge of systems or procedures.



Job Duties:  May write, type or enter information into computer utilizing

keyboard/video display terminal.



May proofread records or forms.



May sort and file records.



May address envelopes or packages by hand or with typewriter.



May answer telephones, convey messages, and run errands.



May photocopy documents by using a photocopier.



Accountabilities:  Must be able to accurately perform duties assigned in a

businesslike manner.




Requirements:

Physical requirements:  Must be able to accurately and efficiently utilize

standard keyboard to perform computer data entry for prolonged periods

of time.



Must be able to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions

furnished in written or oral form.



Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or

from standardized situations.



Must be able to read and write, complete forms, and comprehend written

company policies and governmental regulations.



Must be able to exert a minimum of ten pounds of force to lift, carry, push,

pull or otherwise move objects to complete assigned duties.



Work Environment:  Must be able to work effectively in a standard and

customary business office environment.
