We are looking for an organized, process driven Office Manager with manufacturing experience for our Prince Frederick, MD facility of about 50 employees. This position will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a broad spectrum of office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The duties will be a combination of front end operations, human resources, and office administration.

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor Degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ office management and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sales Order Processing experience and understand of full front end process.
  • Basic accounting experience
  • Human Resources experience
  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ERP System experience required. Movex experience a plus.
