Description As the largest independently held regional airline in the United States, Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation (AWAC) performs flying services for US Airways, and ground handling services for United Airlines.
Flying 70 CRJ-200 regional jets as US Airways Express, AWAC brings passengers from their hometowns large and small to hubs that provide them with a gateway to countless travel destinations. Additionally, AWAC is a ground handler for United Airlines in United's Washington Dulles International hub and numerous other cities throughout the country.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Be primarily responsible for accurate delay and cancel coding - Review daily flight delay and cancel coding to ensure accurate coding of performance data. • Be primarily responsible for MEL compliance auditing - Conduct routine audits of the MEL procedures to ensure proper compliance. • Assist in documenting the Passenger Bill of Rights requirements - Support the SOC in irop situations to ensure Passenger Bill of Rights compliance for documentation. • Become an alternate Passenger Advocate in irop situations - Support the SOC in irop situations including diversions and long on board situations. • Assist in APIS monitoring - Support the Crew Services Coordinator in irop situations to ensure APIS compliance. • Assist with Inflight and Flight Investigations - Additional option for base managers seeking calls pulled, schedule information, etc., and improved turnaround when seeking information for grievance issues, disciplinary hearings, etc. • Leave of Absence management - Monitoring of pilot and flight attendant leave of absences start and return dates. • SOC Training and Travel coordination - Including Dispatch Jump seat coordination and various other travel needs. • Payroll administration - Assist managers with timely and accurate Kronos entries. • Various other duties as assigned. • Attendance is considered an essential responsibility. • Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent • Two years of business experience of an administrative/secretarial/clerical nature • Administrative/clerical skills including strong Microsoft Office Suite skills • Ability to work well under minimal supervision. • Strong organizational skills • No licenses required.
