Currently we are continuing in our rapid growth and expansion phase and are seeking energetic, ambitious, self-starting, personable candidates. Current office locations are in Illinois, Kentucky and Texas.
Requirements:
Job Description/Daily Activities:
Assists in Administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and calendar management.
Assists in the maintaining of office space.
Assists in the overseeing the maintenance and functionality of assets and facility.
Assists in facilitation of all required repairs.
Assist in analyzing, auditing, and reporting of facility spending budgets.
Assists in implementation of cost reduction plans.
Assists in bidding and contract management of vendors and contractors.
Assists in serving as liason to Landlord and his or her property managing teams.
Assists in enforcing agreements set forth in the leases.
Assists in enforcing HIPAA compliancy of facility.
This person will also assist Operations Manager with projects as needed.
Requirements for Operations Assistant:
Experience with MS Office
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Reliable to work 40 hours per week in Oakbrook headquarters
Exceptional organizational skills

It is highly desirable if the candidate has one or two of these characteristics:
Familiarity with Property Managing Concepts preferred
Work experience in a health care company (chiropractic, doctor, or dentist) with multiple locations
Familiarity with healthcare filing procedures
Experience in supporting purchasing, maintenance engineering, internet technology, or operations departments.
Familiarity with retail loss preventative control concepts
Exposure to a business process improvement projects
Prior experience in retail or service industry operations highly regarded.
Familiarity with HIPAA concepts and regulations highly regarded.
