Operations Specialist Job
The Operations ( OPS) Specialist is the front line evaluator of our Food Safety and Operational Standards. These individuals audit the execution against company standards and provide coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers. Each OPS Specialist is responsible for approximately 250-300 domestic KFC restaurants and conducts approximately 12 to 15 audits each week or about 50 per month. The OPS Specialist reports to the Territory General Manager with a dotted line to the Restaurant Support Center ( RSC) Director of Operations.
