Position Summary:
The Role:
The Order Administrator's (OA) main function is to process daily orders from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh. OA has to ensure that orders being processed based on certain level of requirements, and on timely basis to meet the committed Order Processing lead time.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor order status to ensure that orders are being processed and fulfilled properly before passing the Order Entry Form to finance for final billing - Basic customer service activities such as response to daily order & fulfillment related request or queries
