Order Management Analyst
-Execute new release DVD shipping schedule by issuing ship orders to third party distribution and transportation vendors in the US and Canada.
-Support supply chain efficiency by ensuring that production and distribution schedules are synchronized to meet shipping requirements.
-Ensure timely and accurate distribution to US and Canadian customers for assigned promotions. Work with vendors and internal partners to resolve distribution exceptions as they arise.
-Balance delivery expectations, transportation costs, and inventory availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Process and publish Proof of Delivery (POD) reports to internal customers to ensure that in-stock metrics are met for new release product initial placement.
-Act as one of the primary day-to-day business liaison between Universal Studios Home Entertainment and 3rd party distribution and transportation vendors.
-Manage daily warehouse-specific demand balancing and inventory allocation for US and Canadian territories.
-Interface with internal departments such as Retail Operations, Customer Service, Production Planning, Master Data, and Materials Management to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
-Produce Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to track and benchmark operational metrics such as expedited freight spending recaps and order processing backlog reports.
