Paralegal Intern
The Community Builders, Inc., a non-profit [brief description] is seeking a part time paralegal intern (10-12 hours per week) to work in its Office of the General Counsel from January through April, 2012.
Responsibilities will include:
assisting with corporate formation and maintenance
organization of electronic and paper corporate and transactional files
data entry and general administrative support of legal staff.
Requirements:
Excellent computer (Word/Excel) communication and organization skills and strong attention to detail are required.
Interest in transactional law and/or affordable housing and community development a plus.
